Transparent Putty Files

This is trans-putty is based on the original putty v0.58 from the PuTTY home web site of
    http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/

This version of putty provides a 'background' dialog that allows for
selection of a pseudo transparency background image.  The background image
can be of the desktop background, a solid color, or a user supplied bitmap.
The image may be made relative to the desktop, terminal window, or an 
absolute x,y position of the desktop.  The alpha blending of the background 
image is directly controllable.  All settings are saved on a per-session basis.
