Transcraft My Accountant version 1.0.8

This is a minor release. The following changes have been made:

. Strings have all been externalised. If you want to make the application speak your language in your locale, all you need to do is do the followings:

	1. extract the file etc/messages.properties from the tbook.jar. WinZip can be used to open the tbook.jar file

	2. rename the messages.properties file into messages_<language_code>_<country_code>.properties. The language code can be obtained at http://ftp.ics.uci.edu/pub/ietf/http/related/iso639.txt and the country code can be obtained at http://userpage.chemie.fu-berlin.de/diverse/doc/ISO_3166.html

	3. translate all the strings in this newly named file into your own language

	4. place it back into tbook.jar using Winzip

and things should just work. Please also send me a copy of this file so I can incorporate it into the next release so your compatriots will also benefit.

. Fix bug in Date ranges in VAT quarters

. Fix bug in missing tax bands. Please make sure you use the tbook.properties as the starting point. This file should be copied into your home directory.

. Fix exceptions thrown on platforms using Estonian and Polish locales.

. Fix bug in the line format parsing when importing from Quicken

. I have added a facility which dumps out a file tbook.log in the user's home directory whenever it hits an exception. This is because users have reported problems they only encountered in a non English locale, which I do not have the means to test with. Please send me this tbook.log file when a error popup appears in your application.
