- Performance release - many small and large improvements across the board:
- Fixed significant regression introduced in v0.33.3.
- Reduce allocations in many places. Most relevant for large reads.
- Introduce a read-performance benchmark.
- Use small-vec and small-string optimizations in more places.
- Remove
trailbase_sqlite::Connection::..*query_value[s]for deserializing rows into arbitraryserdetypes. This protects us from accidental overhead and lowers the requirements for onboard new DB backends. We're currently experimenting with stoolap. - Paths in
ATTACH DATABASEcalls from WASM are now relative to<depot>/datarather than CWD. This is a breaking change if you use auxiliary DBs from WASM. You'll have to update your paths or move your DBs. Referencing DBs in parent paths is not possible. - Update dependencies.
