If there were a thums sideways that would be my vote. This is a great layout and formatted well for any kind of Service business... BUT, the developers could have cleaned up a lot of lose ends that keep the program from running in a way that a simple minded end user could use it on a day to day basis. As it stands it is only good to play with and not to do any real work with. Once again, too bad becasue without the availabilty of CSS styles or some way to expand the look and feel to brand the application it lacks many of the essentials of a good business CRM/CSM. Clean it up and start a wiki or forum to get others involved. I like it better than most open source CRMs so someday this could be a winner.
