Put all files in one folder and use WinRAR or some other utility to unrar as tls15.iso file.  

Burn this ISO file on DVD and use as Live DVD or for Installation.

All above given software are pre-installed and configured.  

Note: On any production server, please ensure the securtiy issues and change all passwords.
