A small TAP to update the current program on each channel.  This is to fix
a problem where navigating up and down the EPG causes the EPG to jump back
a large period.

To install the TAP, upload to your ProgramFiles or AutoStart folder.

Once installed, the TAP will repair the EPG whenever the GUIDE button is
pressed in normal operation (ie, when you view the EPG).

It also updates the current program wehn using the up/down arrows to see 
what is on in other channels.
