Program description:

  Workaround for the Windows 2000/XP hidden taskbar tooltips bug.

  The program can be used in Windows 2000/XP to fix tooltips so they correctly
  show up in front of the taskbar at all times.

  NOTE: The aforementioned bug does not apply when the 'Keep the taskbar on
        top of other windows' setting is disabled.

  See 'tooltipfix_demo.png' for a graphical example of the bug.

Installation example:

  Put 'tooltipfix.exe' in your Start Menu 'Startup' directory and run
  'tooltipfix.exe' once. Now the program runs, and it will also automatically
  startup the next time you log on.
