Before doing anything, click File - Config and enter proper values.

Server:
Hostname  - it's the IP address of a machine, if it's a remote machine, remember to map the drives
Port      - port at which uT listens
User      - self explainatory
Password  - as above

Paths:
Primary path    - Path that will be searched first for torrent files, if search fill fail, secondary path will be searched through
Secondary path  - as explained above
Output path     - path to which ALL the eligable torrents will be unpacked, the directory must exists and you must have write rights to it

Mark existing torrents as extracted - When connecting to uT you are possibly have already some torrent files finished there, if you do and this field is not ticked, toex WILL attempt to extract ALL of them, if the field is ticked, only newly added torrents are extracted.
Check every     - time in miliseconds between the checks for new torrent files and percentage update.
