Dear Tochnogers,

I have deleted the older updated files and placed all the newest versions in one location.

I have a 32-bit Windows version that can only use the Biconjugate solver, a 32-bit Linux Version that uses the old Superlu, a 64-bit OSX version built using Xcode 4, that uses the Accelerate Framework.

Remember that if you are using the windows version you have to download the cygwin1.dll file and to have the file in the same folder with tochnog.exe.

I have updated the manual to show how to uses the printing of the Mises stresses.

Obviously, the build yourself version and all the original files are also included.
