ICARU_FB is a small RTE (Run Time Environment) for IEC 61499 standard. It can run on Arduino performing all the IEC 61499 standard requirements as configurability, portability and interoperability. But, due to the ICARU_FB code simplicity, at least now, code change is easy in a way and can be a basis.
