Imgtools is a C extension to Tk, that provides functionality to modify Tk's photo images.
Imgtools can scale images, rotate images and modify the alpha channel. For scaling and rotating three interplation methods are available: nearest neighbor, linear and bicubic (the Catmull - Rom flavor).
