This mini 24-hour clock is just the thing if you:
a) need to hide the Windows taskbar and you can't see the clock
b) need to see a clock but the Windows taskbar clock is too small
c) or if you just want another tweak for your Windows PC!
Okay that's great that you taught yourself to program, might have been a classroom exercise and you felt like releasing on a big site like SF. But you complicated yourself too much. Yes it does work and show an accurate time but I expect a simple clock program to be just a 16Kb .exe not a 16Mb clusterfuck that requires all windows infrastructure. Rethink the way you are programming. Besides a program called "Emiclock" There is currently no simple, equivalent for the Win3.1's "clock.exe" - which used to work until win7. with custom font or analog faceplate.
It need .Net Framework 4 to run
