TimeBilling

This is a purchase order, timesheet and billing system. It integrates directly with Xero to save Contacts (Customers & Suppliers), Sales Invoices and Supplier Orders (Bills).
It additionally integrates with osTicket to pull ticket information to generate timesheets.
There is a Quote engine for creating a quote to send to the customer, with an email based approval process. The Quote can be converted to an Order and then a SalesInvoice for billing. It ties in with the Ticket system for adding labour charges.
The system can collect Order Lines and Timesheets together onto an invoice for customer billing.
It additionally has import processes for supplier data feeds. These include some bespoke processes, plus a generic framework to import data from suppliers.
