        3DLUT - An open file format specification for 3D lookup tables

   INTRODUCTION
   It all started in a thread on doom9. The full story can be read here:

   In the beginning, it was a simple binary format, but after some discussion
   it evolved into a complete file format specification. This way, a clear and
   detailed form of communication between different applications was created.

   The complete specification is contained in the file "specification.txt".

   zip3dlut - contains an open source software that (de)compresses 3DLUT files
