This is an EXE app, only Windows can be used!. If you are in another OS, use a Windows emulator

Hard Disk: More than 3 MB of disk space
Extensions required: .NET Framework 4.1 and Java SE Dev Kit (JDK) (this is required to debug your Java project and syntax highlighting)
