1	Open the workbook with Macros disabled.	
2	Scan the macros to give yourself confidence that I am not trying to sneak in something malicious.	
3	Follow the instructions in the 'Documentation' sheet

Powershell frontend to copy master copies to c drive for each user.
Invocation switches to disable refresh to allow distribution of a populated spreadsheet to users who do not have access to the source database.
Cleanup Excel coding.
