v1.1.1 — Fix: MCP Tool Loading

Bug Fix

Shortened all 5 MCP tool descriptions to ensure recall and remember load reliably in Claude Desktop and claude.ai.

Problem

claude.ai tool_search has an undocumented character budget across all tool descriptions. When descriptions exceeded this budget, recall and remember were silently dropped — only append, forget, and list_recent would load. This caused recall to stop working entirely in claude.ai sessions.

Solution

Trimmed all 5 tool descriptions to 2 sentences each. All tools now load consistently across all MCP clients.

Upgrading

Redeploy only — no schema changes, no new env vars, no breaking changes.
