This minor feature release brings cross-platform drag-n-drop file opening and 
a few fixes. Files can be dragged from the desktop or file explorer onto the tab 
area to be opened for editing. Bug fixes in this release include proper 
auto-indentation on selected text and launching on older versions of Java.

New features/bug fixes:
-Drag-n-drop to open files (via FileDrop public domain code)
-New tab button
-Fixed launch on Java 1.4
