Terracoin project is now officially closed.
We did not want to make another merged-mined currency, which adds nothing when compared to bitcoin or existing forks.
Terracoin was pushed to markets way too early by its users, leading to lots of ASIC owners joining and leaving the network in order to make it impossible for humble terracoin miners to keep up with the hashrate.
In decembre 2016, someone else forked terracoin (keeping same seed nodes, identifiers and protocol version, but that's not the point here) ; google terracoin and you'll find it.
Terracoin users were asking too much without really helping (not a single pull request was received in 4 years, third party tools/websites made by terracoin users were devoted to one's benefits and not the community, without activating merged mining all os this is now pointless.
Terracoin was originally created as a hobby, and was not meant to be actually used by anyone else. Users asked markets and mining pools to accept it.
