Breaking Changes

• Monorepos now follow shadcn's layout exactly: an app in apps/web and the shared components in packages/ui, each with its own components.json. Single-app projects are not affected. To move a monorepo set up with v2.0.0-beta.11:
• Move components/ and utils/ to packages/ui/ and update the imports (<module>/components/... becomes <module>/packages/ui/components/..., <module>/utils becomes <module>/packages/ui/utils).
• Add packages/ui/components.json and move the theme into packages/ui/styles/globals.css, as shown in the monorepo guide.
• In each app's components.json, set aliases.components to the app's own <module>/apps/<app>/components, aliases.ui to <module>/packages/ui/components, aliases.utils to <module>/packages/ui/utils, and tailwind.css to ../../packages/ui/styles/globals.css.
• Move installed blocks from components/blocks/ to apps/<app>/components/blocks/, then run shadcn-templ bundle --cwd apps/<app>.

Minor Changes

• components.json takes shadcn's aliases.ui. Unset, it means aliases.components, so existing configs keep working unchanged.
• In a monorepo, add installs ui components into packages/ui with that workspace's style and the blocks into the app, with imports rewritten to each side's aliases. init and apply propagate menuColor, menuAccent, rtl and iconLibrary to the other workspaces, like shadcn.
• Every app's task dev picks a free app port and a free templ proxy port, so several apps run side by side.

Patch Changes

• Scaffolds build on golang:1.26, the Go version go mod tidy raises them to. Existing projects: change the first line of the Dockerfile to FROM golang:1.26 AS tools.
• task dev PORT=... now reaches the dev server instead of picking another port.
• The monorepo task dev runs the app in its own directory (it failed with "no Go files").
• CSS variables are always written with :root before .dark.
• init stops with a clear message when its directory does not exist.
