TeLOStore This application is a fork of Souk https://gitlab.gnome.org/haecker-felix/souk TeLOStore is a .flatpak bundle file, a flatpak app store application to easily install, uninstall and update flatpak applications from flathub or other flatpak repositories. TeLOStore, which is currently in development, has been built with the purpose to be the user-friendly and lightweight app store TeLOS Linux and the Linux Community in general deserve. Pros: Fast, low resource usage, can be used in many different Linux distributions, easy to use-intuitive interface, brings all advantages of flatpak concept to your desktop, no repeated password authorization prompts, clean design. Cons: Does not support other app distribution types (.deb, snaps, AppImage), no file handling for flatpakref files for now. No auto-update of TeLOStore application yet (we have not launched our own flatpak repo yet and we are reluctant to submit it to flathub repo, since we think the development team of Souk should be the first to do so, as long as they actively support the project. Follow these steps to install TeLOStore in TeLOS Linux (in case you use a version with the app not included by default) or to install the app in other supported Linux distributions : 1. Download the application from sourceforge 2. Enable flatpak support. Follow suggested steps to do so for your distribution : https://flatpak.org/setup/ 3. Install the application in terminal: flatpak install <full path of downloaded .flatpak file> 4. You will be prompted to accept permissions (network, file access and ipc - inter-process communications) and install suitable flatpak runtime. 5. If not prompted properly to install runtime at step 4, you may need to install org.gnome.Platform runtime manually. TeLOStore has been tested to work properly with org.gnome.Platform/x86_64/40 6. Try some apps and enjoy Linux! Hint : Optionally connect to more flatpak repos. Do not forget : With great power comes great responsibility..
