DownloadTCPDF is a PHP class for generating PDF documents without requiring external extensions. TCPDF Supports UTF-8, Unicode, RTL languages, XHTML, Javascript, digital signatures, barcodes and much more.

It very useful for rapid web development. PDF generation on the site-server side is needed in many situations such as billing order generation for example. I'll check the new tc-lib-pdf when it'll be ready, as you advice.
