This is FastCGI for Tcl compiled for Windows

The version 0.6 is now linked with USE_TCL_STUBS. The
tclstubs.lib was from 8.6. It is compiled with MSVC 2010.

The 0.5beta was quite stable. For 0.6 some I only apopted the
usage of the API to Tcl, and replaced some wrong EXTERN by static.

I recommend to use mod_fcgid. If you use the precompiled mod_fastcgi,
you must have an older version of apache (<=2.2.8).
