The SAS/AF program is stored in a SAS catalog. You do not need to have SAS/AF to run the program, but you will need to have SAS/AF in order to modify the program. To run the program: sas.exe -awstitle "SAS Query" -set tblvu "(directory where you keep the SAS catalog" -initcmd "afa c=tblvu.tblvu.tblvu.frame" -sysparm (name of the SAS dataset with extension) The above command line can be setup in Windwos explorer, Tools, Folder Options, File Type, Advance tab replace file name with "%1" to enable opening the viewer within Explorer or simple double click on the file. TblVu.sas, common.sas and sds.sas are actually stored in the SAS catalog, the 3 external files are just an extra copy so it can be view without SAS/AF. To recompile the application, you will need to compile the individual source (TblVu or common or both) then recompile the TblVu frame. For all other questions, please try to use the forum.
