TANGO PROJECTS HAVE BEEN MOVED TO GITLAB!!! =========================================== TANGO is a toolkit for building object oriented control systems based on CORBA ans ZMQ. TANGO is a joint effort of several European research institutes. The new organization repository is : https://gitlab.com/tango-controls Community website and forums: https://www.tango-controls.org Documentation : https://tango-controls.readthedocs.io/ As of 2026 Tango Project is alive and publishing new versions for C++, Java and Python bindings on its new gitlab organization. The new repository contains not only the core libraries but many other tools that are part of the Tango Controls ecosystem ( HDB++ archiving, Alarm system, dsconfig, ...). Later versions of Tango are >=10; the sourceforge/tango-cs project contains legacy 9.2 versions of Tango for very-old operative systems.
