Release notes

- We resolved a bug that prevented the webview window for the HVAC drawer and Modbus register from functioning. The issue stemmed from the T3000 software occasionally having an incorrect "Start in" path in its shortcut. Now, even if the shortcut contains this incorrect path, the webview will still operate correctly.

We fixed an issue where webview assets were duplicating unnecessary files during T3000 software updates. The updater will now ensure that any unnecessary files are removed.
