SystemRescue is a Linux system rescue disk available as a bootable CD-ROM or USB stick for administrating or repairing your system and data after a crash. It aims to provide an easy way to carry out admin tasks on your computer, such as creating and editing the hard disk partitions.

It comes with a lot of software such as disk management tools (parted, partimage, fsarchiver, filesystem tools, ...), network administration programs and simple text editors . It can be used for both Linux and windows computers, and on desktops as well as servers.

This rescue system requires no installation as it can be booted from a CD/DVD drive, and USB stick, or from the network using PXE. But it can be installed on the hard disk if you wish. It comes with up to date kernels to provide support for recent hardware and also for all important file systems (ext2/ext3/ext4, xfs, btrfs, ntfs, reiserfs, vfat), as well as network filesystems (samba and nfs).

Employee monitoring software with screenshots

Clear visibility and insights into how employees work. Even remotely

Our computer monitoring software allows employees, field contractors, and freelancers to manually clock in when they begin working on an assignment. The application will take screenshots randomly or at set intervals, which allows employers to observe the work process. The application only tracks activity when the employee is clocked in. No spying, only transparency.

User Reviews

  • On board there is a browser, gparted and ... nothing. It will not even get access to the NTFS disk.
  • As of 7/22/2020 the checksums do not match the release. Please fix asap!
  • How sad that I can no longer use it: I can only successfully load the graphical boot environment, which is useless for repair and recovery tasks. Trying to load the default grub item got me as far as trying to load the kernel, where it just hangs. Yes, I assumed I had created a coaster, and so wasted another disc making a second copy that performed just as disappointingly. Thankfully there's still a diehard group maintaining Hiren's CD, so I'm downloading that now.
