The Sysex OSC Generator is a work in progress. Any reported bugs or suggestions will be gratefully received (pvannatto@gmail.com).

An OSC command can be selected from an extensive pulldown list. Appropriate values are suggested. Simply change appropriately. By clicking on the Generate button, the midi sysex hex string that the OSC server can recognize is generated and added to the editor. This generated hex string can then be copied to a midi device that support sysex sending of data. Double clicking provides an easy way of copying the hex string to the clipboard.

A batch file of OSC commands can be converted to the hex strings using the batch conversion located on the Misc screen.

Some values (such as DCA or mute groups) require bitmap calculations. This can be calculated using the Bitmap Choices Calculator (on the Misc screen), then transferred to the Value field.

The complete list of OSC commands, the value and text type, plus a brief description can be viewed, edited and/or saved on the Cmd Editor screen.

Certain defaults (colors, OSC command lists, etc) can be saved to the SysexOscGen.ini file.
