User Reviews

  • perhaps this software is made more for cutout style animation, however I found trying to use this as a more "traditional style" animation software to be abysmal. The drawing tools suck and the design and layout is some of the most unintuitive s*** I've seen. I have tried dozens of free animation softwares out there and this one is by FAR the worst. I'm pretty sure most of the positive reviews here are bots with how repetitive they are. Try OpenToonz or even pencil2D if you are looking for a worthwhile free 2d animation software. This aint it.
  • Mac DMG not working on OSX.6.8, shame. Looks like good software.
  • Like the other person, the only reason I'm giving it a thumbs down is because there is no Mac version. Doesn't make much sense since the Mac is huge in the graphics and animation department. I hope someone will make a version that we can work with. Sounds like this program has some great potential.
  • Finally, found a proper animation software, turns there's no Mac version. I would pay around $5 if someone can build a Mac version for me, since it's for Linux, that shouldn't be hard.
