SyndStore RSS Aggregator system README file Copyright (c) 2007, Jim Pye, PyeNet Universal The SyndStore RSS Aggregator system is a web based database for storing and accessing Real Simple Syndication (RSS) feeds. SyndStore is based on the LAMP stack using Perl for the backend scripting. SyndStore uses the XML::RSS module from the CPAN and this needs to be installed along with its prerequisites for correct functioning. To start the installation procedure expand the downloaded tarball file. The following files describe the process in further details. See the INSTALL file for the full installation instructions. Open the docs/index.html file in a browser to see the full administration documentation. See the ISSUES file for current issues and concerns. The TODO file has a wish list of functionality I would like to add to SyndStore. The HISTORY file lists the past changes to the SyndStore system. The features for v 0.0.9: Added filenames the the syndstore-backup.sh output as per SF Request# 1797546 Added the Scan Interval statistic to the feed's individual stats page as per SF Request # 1786866 Changed the SyndStore Statistics page to have the column titles as dropdowns to allow selection of the column contents.
