This readme is designed to assist users in successfully using this application.
The purpose of this application is to allow multiple users (at different locations)
to connect to each other and sync their media play back using VLC or MPC.

///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
//////////////////      INSTRUCTIONS    ///////////////////
///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

NOTE: In order to use MPC, you MUST enable your Web Interface.
NOTE: Please close any additional instances of VLC or MPC while using this application.
NOTE: Please refrain from opening any additional instances of VLC or MPC while using this application.

Step 1: Run MediaServer.exe (only one person needs to do this!)
  - The person who runs MediaServer.exe acts as a host. All clients will connect to the host.
  - The person who runs MediaServer.exe must also run MediaSync.exe.

Step 2: Run MediaSync.exe on the host and client machines.

Step 3: Go to Connection -> Connect (or press ALT+C)

Step 4: Enter the host's IP Address in the host field

Step 5: Enter the default port number (41111) in the Port field

Step 6: Select one of the two applications available: VLC or MPC.
  - You will be prompted to locate the location for VLC and MPC. Please select the appropriate locations.

Step 7: Click open.
  - You will be prompted to locate the media file you would like to sync. Please select a valid media file.

Step 8: Press Connect.
  - You will now be connected to the host, and your media will be paused.

Step 9: Wait for the clients to connect to the host, and press Play to start playing the media.

Step 10: Disconnect when you are done.
  - The application will terminate the instance of VLC or MPC.

///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
//////////////////         REMARKS      ///////////////////
///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

Any of the clients can press the Play or Pause button.
When either the Play or Pause button are pressed, the media for ALL the clients will play/pause in a synchronized manner.

Please note that this is a VERY EARLY release of this application. A lot of testing and functionality still needs to
be implemented. Feel free to send your comments at qureszai@gmail.com.

Thanks
