This release of Synclosure brings build script and installer improvements.

Changes in this release:

Build script handles preparing archives and MSI file for upload.
Installers are tagged with current revision, both for testing and stable releases.
Leave sources.ini untouched during uninstall. Should help prevent “oops” cases.
Other misc bug fixes and improvements to build script and installers.
