This release enables the duplicate(as:options:) and pipe(options:) wrappers for Darwin targets (see https://github.com/apple/swift-system/blob/main/Proposals/0007-FileDescriptor-dup3-pipe2.md), and fixes several build issues that collectively enable a switch to the Swift 6 language mode.
