This update removed Gulp4 and all the outdated npm scripts, along with dependencies no longer maintained that contain vulnerabilities. Supply uses PostCSS scripts and plugins to replace all the previous dependencies.

Supply no longer uses browser-sync but the Jekyll --livereload command instead.
