    1) Fix problem in v1.20 where the program exits when certain transpose options are chosen.

    1) Remove text overlay overhead to increase frames per second. Change overlay default to note+octave+frequency. 
    2) Debug console is now off by default. Use command line option 'keepconsole' to enable it.
    3) Fix instability that occurs after several hours of run time.
    4) Add harmonic mode. Band frequencies are integer multiples of the base frequency.
    5) avoid partial cycles when processing audio data.
    6) Remove DC offset removal increase efficiency. Current algorithim works well without it.
    7) Use improved method for display update after lock screen.

    1) Improve operation on older computers
       a. Drop requirement for processor AVX instruction support.
       b. Replace double precision floating point with single precision floating point in inner loops.
       c. Simplify the second inner most loop.
       d. Change text overlay default to Note+Octave only, no frequency.
    2) Built in function generator now uses simulated clock instead of OS clock.
    3) Display version number in title bar and on command line.
