# STRIKER
SpecTRal lIbrary maKER
## Introduction
STRIKER is a tool for correcting spectra with missing or incorrect adduct annotations. It also enables efficient construction of an HMDB-based spectral library and extraction of sublibraries from large spectral libraries.
## Operating systems
STRIKER is available for both Windows and Linux platforms.

You don't need to install anything.

A PDF guide ("STRIKER Documentation.pdf") provides detailed information on STRIKER’s functionality, including task selection criteria, input and output specifications, recommendations, and relevant warnings. Additionally, help icons are available next to each option within the interface.
