Documents with link reference definitions ([label]: url) are now kept in a single block, the same way documents with footnotes are, so [text][label] resolves instead of rendering as raw text.

• fea4ef5: fix: set data-* and aria-* props on the root element. They were only forwarded to the Markdown renderer and the blocks, so with the default renderer attributes such as data-testid or aria-busy reached no element.
• f25e0ae: Avoid rendering and parsing mode="static" documents twice on mount
