SubLib is a library that eases the development of subtitling applications.
It supports the most common text-based subtitle formats
and allows for subtitle editing, conversion and synchronization.
Supported Operating Systems: Linux, MS Windows, Mac OS X, 
all POSIX (BSD/UNIX-like OSes).

According to the decision SubLib author, version 0.9 is the last independent.
CUI and GUI interfaces for this version will not be a further developed.

SubLib is currently merged into Gnome Subtitles project.
Gnome Subtitles is targeted to the GNU/Linux Operating System.

User interfaces are designed for MS Windows operating system.

Character User Interface SubLibCUI.exe is an example 
of using SubLib.dll in your own application.
SubLibCUI.exe perform basic operations on the file of subtitles
and will not be a further developed.

Graphical User Interface SubLibGUI.exe is fully useful 
file format converter. Version 1.1 shows that despite SubLib merger with
Gnome Subtitles project, you can still compile this code as an independent dll library.
If anyone would be interested in this solution for the latest version of 
Gnome Subtitles (>1.1), please contact to the authors.
Further development of this tool will continue as a new project 
StreaMan-TexTitles.
