Welcome to the Nucleosome Tool plugin 

The latest release is 0.5.0 (December 16th 2013)

The Nucleosome Tool provides two modules: (1) A nucleosome model builder and (2) a Nucleosome simulator. The builder allows for an efficient development of arrays of nucleosomes and the simulator allows for straightforward stochastic simulation and analyses of these models.
