The first stable release of the Stisla 3.0 line: a framework-agnostic design system rebuilt on Tailwind v4 @theme tokens, replacing the Bootstrap 4 codebase. Promotes 3.0.0-rc.2 unchanged, with no token, class, or modifier changes since the rc.1 API freeze.
