Had some issues with the software showing 100% CPU load on my server incorrectly. Luke and his team were very very responsive and quick to diagnose the problem working through the night sometimes. Very responsive team and I HIGHLY recommend this software if you are needing monitoring software for your server which doesn't require additional installation on the server itself. (A BIG PLUS!!!)
