v4.0 BUG：如果开着SScap注销系统，再次登录(SScap设为随系统启动)就会提示端口被占用，重启软件无效，似乎也找不到进程，换端口或者重启电脑就没问题。

用起来还行，但是我本人用的Privoxy调度的代理（因为我去的部分网站限地区），SSCap每次都会强制改代理设置（选择关闭系统代理还是会改，我设置Privoxy的8080，然后再启动SSCap，系统代理状态还是会被改成无代理，非常不爽）能否修正这一问题？换成SS#那种勾选“设置系统代理”才会改动的？

试用了SScap3.1，以前一直用C#号版的ss，和ss-qt5. SScap直观易用程度和ss-qt5差不多，SScap多了速读显示这一项．功能上SScap和C#类似，具有pac代理功能．应该说结合了ss-qt5和C#的优点． 目前缺点： 1.启动后就必须占用一个本地端口．也就是只要打开程序必然启用一个ss服务连接，也不能单独断开某个连接．这很不方便．因为有时单纯想暂时停止一个连接（释放占用的本地端口）．可以参考ss-qt5的实现． 2.所有服务只能具有一个本地端口．而不能像其他客户端那样单个服务单独制定一个本地端口．当然这可能考虑到需要提供全局pac代理的原因．这点可以理解可以不用改变，但最好如第1点提到可以停止链接，释放本地端口． 3.不支持ss的一次验证．目前多数客户端已经支持该特性（主要是shadowsocks-libev做服务提供的特性）．
