To install packet
1. Configure and make packet (read INSTALL)
2. Make database. Use script dblayout
3. Change configuration file of squidlogger2sql
4. Change access.log file of squid to be pipe. This file need to be pointed
by pipe_name parameter in squidlogger2sql.cfg file.
5. Stop squid.
6. Start squidlogger2sql.
7. Start squid.
