Welcome to the Squid Acces List Framework Project! This framework aims at making the management of proxy rules much easier and consistent. Basically, there are 4 access levels: ALLOWED - Stuff that is always allowed (your webmail and banks, for example) RESTRICTED - Stuff that is allowed only out of work time (video, games, etc.) BANNED - Stuff that is never allowed (all sorts of disapproved content) SPECIAL - Stuff that is usually matched by BANNED, but wouldn't hurt too much if accessed on lunch time, for example. Other than that, it's also possibly to have privileged users based on their MAC address. The project is on eary development, but it's stable. Contact me at maragato@live.com if you wish.
