upper-level (called second and must have 15-character limit, no spaces) used for administrative tasks, like installing new software. All new software is checked twice. the third is the normal user (named on first boot). 
the last is the non-privileged user, which does not require a password, cannot download anything or look an any documents, and can only browse the web. all password are encrypted in SHA2 256-bit encryption.
 java and javascript are both not allowed in the browser by default--java not at all. There is a completely different GUI and file manager, too. It uses 5 firewalls just to get to the OS. All five have different tasks.
 The browser can act as any user agent, configurable in the settings. We need people to help code it, who know C,C++,and C#, because that is what the OS is coded in.
 after that, we need people to help write documentation, and our own scripting language. all major contributors are in one file, but everyone who contributed at lest one file gets put in another.
