We have provided three files for download, but you only need one.  If you are running a 32-bit OS, then select the x86 version.  If you are running a 64-bit OS, then select the x64 version.  If you are upgrading an existing SplendidCRM installation, then select the Upgrade file.  We provide installers instead of ZIP files so that we can make sure that all Windows prerequisites are installed and configured properly.  

All downloads include all the C# and SQL source code, but the 32-bit and 64-bit versions also include Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Express.  If you intended to use your existing SQL Server instance, then you can download the Upgrade file as it is much smaller but still can be used to create a new installation of SplendidCRM.
