Upgrade Notes

Warning This release breaks our semantic versioning policy and as a result is not recommended. Please use v1.19.0 which includes this release's changes but with a version number that better reflects the contents of the release.

This is release includes migrations for the Postgres datastore that adds indices. To learn more about migrations, see the migration documentation. To automate migrations, Kubernetes users can run the SpiceDB Operator.
