Release notes for gmisclib:

0.65.5: This is code to go with the Kochanski and Rosner 2010 paper
"Bootstrap Markov chain Monte Carlo and optimal solutions for
the Law of Categorical Judgment (Corrected)".

0.60.7:  This is a clean-up release.   There were some minor changes
to the code of mcmc.py and related, but only to fix some discrepancies
between the code and the published description.   We ended up re-running
the code anyway, and it made no difference.
