On macOS, first launch
macOS will say the app is damaged. It isn't — we're not Apple-signed yet. Move SpeakoFlow to Applications, run this once, and you're done:

Next up
Code signing for macOS and Windows — it removes the step above and brings auto-update back. An .rpm is in progress; Fedora and openSUSE should use the AppImage for now.
