A small follow-up to 1.0.0 with a few bug fixes and one new option.
New
- Quit on close (optional): added a "Quit when I close the window" option under Settings → General → Startup. It's off by default, so closing the window still minimizes to the tray like before. Turn it on if you'd rather the app fully quit. (#6)
Fixes
- Gemini models: models picked from the list were failing to send. The model name is now handled correctly, so they work for both the assistant and dictation cleanup.
- Windows key label: the meta key now shows as "Windows" instead of "Super".
- Download popover: it no longer gets hidden behind other parts of the UI.
- Linux input permissions: when the app can't read input devices, it now logs one clear message explaining how to add your user to the
inputgroup, instead of repeating the error endlessly. (#5)
Improvements
- Built-in assistant model: more reliable first-run download and install, with progress shown while it downloads and extracts.
- Providers: rechecked the LLM, web-search, and TTS providers against their current docs, and added Linux troubleshooting to the README.
